Having been a highly creditable trainer for over eight years, Andrew has accumulated many personal training credentials:

Hello, my name is Andrew Mitchell. I was born in Houston, Texas, 'The Lone Star State', on December 14th, 1980! I spent most of my childhood years in Marion, Ohio, where I lived a crazy, challenging, and athletic life! Baseball, football, wrestling, martial arts, and dangerous, adventurous, and ,often, ignorant, reckless outdoor activities are what I fiend as a youth! I was a 1999 graduate of Pleasant High School; GO SPARTANS!! I first attended Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, where I was a running back on our respected NCAC football team! I also wrestled in college at The University of Southern Maine, in Gorham, Maine; I love you Coach Reese! I then finished my college career back at OWU-business major, theatre-minor! I absolutely love people, and I consider myself extremely blessed as I have survived countless encounters with my demons! I am a child of God, and ALL I have achieved is a gift from HIM! I love life, and I love being busy! I love the outdoors-hiking, running, climbing, swimming. Wrestling and MMA are probably my favorite sports to participate in with football coming in a close second! MMA and college football have to be the most exciting sports in the world-at least in my world, they are! Watching The Ironman competition every year is also one of the most exhilarating, admirable feats one can witness; These competitors are true warriors!
I have a good fashion sense and love to go shopping! I also love getting "so fresh and so clean" and going out to eat at nice restaurants! I love watching sunsets, sunrises, wishing on stars, reading books, going to church, traveling, making money, making people happy, and helping others achieve their dreams! I love oceans and mountains and forests; I just absolutely love nature and being able to take in all the natural beauty around us, as so many of us take it for granted!
I have many goals and visions for 2008: I believe this is going to be the best year yet! I am taking my health and fitness knowledge to another level, and I plan to release at least two books this year: The Warrior Within: A DESTINED LEGEND'S Story of Self-Discovery, Survival and Redemption. Also, to be released this year, January 1st: Happy New You! These are both divinely inspired works, and my desire and intent is to motivate, educate, and compel people to take responsibility for their life and choose to "truly" seize the day and live the life they have been called to live!
I truly have been blessed with great people in my life - from clients, to "lost friends", to family members. my warrior angels, and many others! Males, females, and divine spirits have all come to my rescue! I owe you all and God a million thanks for loving me and believing in me so incredibly much! Lindsey strengthens me, makes me smile, laugh and cry - ALL AT THE SAME TIME, and I love her so much! My brother, Chris Mitchell, has been a rock and anchor in my life and has ALWAYS been there to put me in my place! He definitely is a "true" destined legend, and he boldly and confidently displays the courage and faith others lack, and he is always quick to tell me what I need to hear to improve! I value his priceless wisdom and force in my life! Bethany has been more than a friend ever needs to be; She has made me feel loved and has brought me more peace than I know how to describe! I have so many friends and people to whom I owe thanks and accolades! AND I am sure I will hear from them as soon as they read this and do not see their names! Mom, thank you for your leadership roles, your strength, your love, passion, motivation, courage, discipline, smiles, cookies and cheesecake and tears. Dad for making me tough and teaching me what hard work is all about and helping me realize what kind of man I want to be! Ann, for believing in me and forgiving me and teaching me kindness, love, friendship, compassion and never giving up on me! George Starr, for seeing beauty in me and pushing me to believe in my dreams and chase them down, for teaching me love, forgiveness, charity, humility, humbleness, and to smile! Will Anderson, for helping me "truly" feel music and encouraging me to be the me I am destined to be! You are a true, priceless friend, and I want you to know I believe in you! You are, hands down, one of the greatest movie writers in history; Your vision is unsurpassed, your passion is furious, and your wit and compassion are priceless!
