    Through my knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, (AND THE GRACE OF GOD),  I have, with passion and diligence, created this site to help you change YOUR world!  Throughout these past 7 years, creating The DestinedLegend brand, many people have asked me, "What does destinedlegend mean?"  Or, "What is a destinedlegend?

    My friends,...We Are All DESTINEDLEGENDS!!  A destinedlegend is one who is guided by faith, courage, and love!  A destinedlegend knows he/she has a unique, beautifully powerful purpose in this world that brings about peace justice, and prosperity!  A destinedlegend, as all great teachers do, knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way!  A destinedlegend is NOT perfect-No one except God is perfect!  A destinedlegend understands that life is a neverending journey filled with countless lessons.   A true destinedlegend has a warrior spirit and an open mind!

    I am here to guide you toward your goals!  I truly believe that you can achieve anything in this world!  Success, happiness, health, wealth, joy, peace and prosperity - anything and everything your heart desires!  Life is a never-ending, abundantly prosperous, constant overflowing waterfall of blessings raining over us unceasingly!  You must understand: Before you change your life, you have to change your mind!  I can help you achieve your dreams (as great as they may be), however, one lesson you must learn right away is this: Life is a journey, not a destination! 

    I have coached many individuals to achieve health and wellness and a rich quality and appreciation of LIFE!  True joy comes from inner peace, and inner peace comes from knowing and doing what you genuinely feel is truly right-Listening to your heart!  A long time ago, I decided I would follow my dreams regardless of what others told me!  My journey was long and arduous, and I hit many roadblocks along the way.  Through my experience of hitting rock bottom, time and time AND time again, I have learned priceless "secrets to life!" 

    Saving you endless hours of pain, worry, and wonder, AND thousands of dollars, I will share with you the principles and techniques I used to improve the quality of my life and ultimately transform my weak, broke, weary, and depressed self into a 28 year-old "Destined Legend!"  Everyone's journey starts on the inside, from a decision "YOU" make (a commitment to yourself, your family, and your world), and the positive results pour out in abundance - not only in your appearance in the mirror or how well your clothes fit, but in the way you feel...Your confidence to approach every situation in your life with a positive, never quit attitude!  YOU CAN DO IT!!!  And IF you allow me, I will show you!

Being a former paratrooper in the U.S. Army, and current triathlete who's completed an Ironman, I was very skeptical that any "personal trainer" could teach me something new regarding working out and being fit.

After just one session with Andrew it was clear that he was not a generic one size fits all personal trainer. 

Andrew took the time to evaluate my situation, find my weaknesses, and help correct the issues I had with regards to explosive power and muscle balance.

The workouts were extremely challenging and rewarding, they helped me achieve a new level of fitness I had never before seen.

I was swimming with less effort, biking stronger, and running faster all due to the exercises that Andrew had developed for me .   Andrew was able to keep me motivated the entire time  with his constant challenge and support, while making each workout fresh.

I now have a new understanding of what a workout really consists of and that it?s not a matter of how much time you spend at the gym, but how you spend that time.

I chose Andrew Mitchell as my fitness adviser, coach, and mentor over six months ago...  At that time, I was tired of my current routine and methods of training.  At middle age, with a job that involves significant responsibility AND stress, mixed with weekly travel, poor diet and training routine, my physical well being was at an ALL-TIME low!

I interviewed multiple personal coaches, then selected Andrew within ten minutes, based upon his philosophy of dedication, charged with a warrior type mentality, aligned with where I wanted to go with a program to get me back into shape.  Now, after a few months have passed, I have gone through a remarkable transformation!  My overall physical strength, especially the all important "CORE" muscles, has improved 100 percent!

I "FEEL" better, and all the metrics of my blood work have greatly improved - In addition, a welcomed reduction in body fat!  Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Andrew as a fitness adviser, coach, and mentor!  He will change 'YOUR' life for the positive!

  I met Andrew during this past summer, just after Lacrosse season ended.  Looking back, the previous year I remember struggling through practice, and I felt I could definitely use some work.  I worked out on the weekends usually by myself but sometimes with a friend; I did not really know how to split up my body when I trained, but I knew I needed to truly shock each muscle to get the best response!  Although I pushed myself pretty well, I put all of my energy and focus into training my chest and biceps!  This created an obvious problem of muscular imbalance so now, I needed to catch up my "lagging" muscles!
       Andrew has shown and taught  me many techniques and principles within the last few months we have been working together.  Every day in the gym is a new experience as he pushes me harder and harder, showing me just how much potential I have within myself!  I had know idea just how strong I was and how strong I could become because I lacked discipline and the intensity to push myself to the next level!  Of course, every morning I would wake up being sore, but I loved it because I knew I had a great workout!  Lastly, but definitely not least, I am grateful for him showing me how to TRULY become a warrior.  As he says, "To become a warrior, you have to train like a warrior!"  This has sustained my motivation and kept me going ever since day one! 
       I really started to notice and become excited with my results after just a few weeks!  Now, during Lacrosse, I am ahead of my game and never become tired throughout.  Working with Andrew for only 45 minutes a week in the gym has definitely improved my sport's performance and overall
muscular endurance and conditioning!  Now...I can run, practice, AND lift longer and harder!  Andrew is very supportive in the sports I play, and he incorporates movements and simulations in my workout that give me the best advantage possible for me to excel when I am out on the field!

You know what they say insanity is: Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result!
 
That's what I was doing - Al the lifting routines I learned in high school and college (especially the ones I was good at), AND some generic cardio in between.  Meanwhile, I was getting frustrated at not seeing any 'real' improvement.  Basically, I was just going through the motions.

On a whim, I switched gyms, AND on a BIGGER whim, I hired Andrew Mitchell to train me!  The last thing he said was, "Bring lots of courage!"

What I gained was multi-faceted: Focus! Confidence! Strength!  Health AND Motivation!!  Along the way, I dropped 14 lbs. of fat and picked up 10 lbs. of muscle!!!

People who develop and work a plan to achieve their goals succeed more often than those that don't.  Yet, the best laid plans often fall apart when we are unable to throw off discouragement and control our direction.  You don't know what you have inside yourself until somebody helps you bring it out!  You can accomplish amazing things that you would not ordinarily try on your own...IFyou have the 'right coaching'! 

IF you haven't used a trainer, YOU DESERVE TO TRY IT!  "If you could do it on your own, you would have done it already!"  Give it a shot.  The WORST thing that could happen is the BEST thing that could happen!
